Saxon Hotel, Villas and Spa has rolled out a fantastic new tool to assist our events guests and organisers in creating their own bespoke events at the hotel through the platform. This exciting – and convenient – platform allows guests to create their perfect occasion with ease on our website. The best venue, table layout and menu can be selected to meet the wishes, requirements and budgets for the events.

There has been a definitive increase in event enquiries over the last two years, from face-to-face functions and social celebrations to virtual and hybrid meetings. A great deal of planning goes into making sure everything at an event is perfect, and thanks to this platform guests can now create their own event in a much more convenient and easy manner without even having to step out the door!

When accessing this intuitive platform, the organiser will start by choosing what kind of event they have in mind. From here the platform shows options for the Saxon’s iconic event spaces, ranging from the intimate Dining Library to the larger Convention Lounge with the preferred setup – followed by the date of the occasion they would like to host at the Saxon. The guest can select menus and other requirements – such as special dietary requests, accommodation or even spa bookings – before the completed request gets sent to the capable Saxon Events team to finalise the booking for an unforgettable event.
