We are delighted to present Tables of Terroir, a special dining series that celebrates Qunu’s food philosophy of honouring local ingredients, respecting the terroir, and crafting dishes that reflect the season’s finest offerings. Tables of Terroir is an intimate experience where French culinary mastery meets the richness of Qunu’s local produce, offering guests a refined yet deeply rooted celebration of place, provenance, and flavour. Each chapter will unfold throughout the year, introducing distinguished guest chefs and new expressions of season, sea and soil — an evolving journey of refined culinary craftsmanship.

Chapter One of Tables of Terroir welcomes Chef Dominique Minchelli of Michelin-starred Le Duc, Paris, as he joins Chef Scott for an intimate celebration of season, sea and terroir — offered across two exclusive dinners and a Sunday lunch.
